Look, I’m not an expert video producer, actor, or voiceover artist. But I do like to occasionally make things with video. Some of what you see below is video I made with the Verge’s video team, while some are videos I produced myself that ended up on the Instagram account for Decisionary Media’s Decidedly vertical, which is now defunct. Where you hear simple swingy guitar music or voiceover in these clips, that’s something I recorded for the video.

The Verge’s video team asked me to put this one together for a story I did about a PC hardware emulator that had been released for iOS.

After a Verge story about an autonomous race with some amusing clips, we decided to do a video. I had an idea for backing music and recorded my guitar and me mimicking a harmonica.

For a Verge story about putting a little ergonomic shoe on the Apple Magic Mouse.

This one supported an Apple AirPods case buying guide I wrote for Decidedly. I filmed and edited it, and created the title card at the end.

Another Instagram video for Decidedly, this time in support of a headphones buying guide I wrote. Again, I shot and edited this. I also did the voiceover and recorded the guitar jingle.

This was a short unboxing video with voiceover for Decidedly, discussing the Amazon Echo Studio — I was asked to create something under one minute long to support a smart speaker buying guide, and this was the result.
